Fasuki Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fasuki mobile application and related services (“Services”).

By accessing or using Fasuki, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Operator Information

Fasuki is currently operated by the Fasuki founding team based in Spain.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fasuki.

If local laws in your region require a higher minimum age for digital services, you must meet the applicable legal age requirement.

By using Fasuki, you confirm that you satisfy these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, users must create an account using:

  • Email address

  • Password

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality

  • Securing login credentials

  • Activities occurring under their account

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details reasonably up to date.

4. User Content

Users may upload content including:

  • Profile pictures

  • Outfit images

  • Fitcheck photos

  • Wardrobe images

  • Try-on images

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Fasuki a limited license to process, store, analyze, and display the content solely for operating and improving the Services.

User content is private by default and is not publicly visible to other users.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights necessary to upload the content you provide.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal or harmful content

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

  • Interfere with app functionality or security

  • Use Fasuki for unlawful purposes

  • Upload content containing malware or malicious code

Fasuki reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Recommendations

Fasuki provides AI-assisted outfit suggestions, style summaries, and wardrobe analysis.

These recommendations are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation.

Users are responsible for their own decisions based on AI-generated outputs.

Uploaded images and content are not used to train AI models.

7. Location Usage

Certain features may request approximate location access while the app is actively in use.

Location data is used to:

  • Support weather-aware fitchecks

  • Improve outfit recommendations

  • Personalize user experience

Location access can typically be managed through device settings.

8. Intellectual Property

Fasuki, including its branding, software, design, logos, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, users may not:

  • Copy

  • Modify

  • Distribute

  • Reverse engineer

  • Reproduce

  • Commercially exploit

any part of the Services without prior written permission.

9. Account Deletion

Users may delete their accounts directly through the app.

Upon deletion:

  • Access to the account is immediately disabled

  • Associated data enters a deletion process

  • Data is permanently removed within 30 days, subject to operational or legal retention requirements

10. Service Availability

Fasuki may evolve, change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Temporary outages, maintenance periods, or feature modifications may occur.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fasuki and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of profits

  • Service interruptions

  • AI-generated inaccuracies

  • User-generated content issues

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Fasuki makes no warranties regarding:

  • Reliability

  • Availability

  • Accuracy

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes arising from the use of Fasuki shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Spain.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of Fasuki after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
